Boise Airport unveils $17.3M upgrade with local flavors and expanded shopping

BOISE, Idaho — Travelers at Boise Airport now have more local flavor and shopping options than ever before. On Wednesday morning, airport leaders and city officials celebrated the grand opening of new dining and retail concessions beyond the TSA checkpoint.

“This is a culmination of literally years of work to make this come to fruition,” said Rebecca Hupp, Boise Airport director.

The upgrades include a mix of local businesses such as Idaho Tap House and Blue Sky Bagels, alongside familiar brands like the new flagship Capital City Public Market and national ones like Starbucks and Pizza Hut…
