A new fast-casual restaurant featuring an Idaho favorite is opening in BoDo this spring.
Spud Daddy, which is moving into the corner space at 404 S. 8th St., will feature Idaho baked potatoes loaded with dozens of topping options, including meats, cheeses, fresh vegetables, and house-made sauces and aiolis.
