BOISE,ID (CBS2) — A Pacific cold front will bring accumulating snow to the mountains late Monday into early Tuesday. The heaviest totals will be above 6,000 feet, where 4–10 inches are expected in the West Central Mountains and Boise Mountains. McCall and Cascade could see 1–4 inches. The Owyhee mountains could see similar amounts. The Treasure Valley stays mostly rain with little accumulation. Colder air follows Tuesday through Friday with scattered light snow showers before warmer, drier weather arrives next weekend.
