A real estate firm has acquired nearly 78 acres of land near the intersection of Ustick and North Can-Ada roads in unincorporated Canyon County with an eye toward the future growth of the area.
The land is a mix of fields, houses here and there, what appears to be farmland, and a mix of signage for incoming developments, such as “future home of COMPASS Bible Church Treasure Valley,” and roadwork.
Murphy Development Company announced recently it now owns two properties next to each other that are a combined 77.87 acres, or 3.39 million square feet.
