Murphy Development Company acquires 78 acres for multifamily housing in Nampa

A real estate firm has acquired nearly 78 acres of land near the intersection of Ustick and North Can-Ada roads in unincorporated Canyon County with an eye toward the future growth of the area.

The land is a mix of fields, houses here and there, what appears to be farmland, and a mix of signage for incoming developments, such as “future home of COMPASS Bible Church Treasure Valley,” and roadwork.

Murphy Development Company announced recently it now owns two properties next to each other that are a combined 77.87 acres, or 3.39 million square feet. The land is along the Highway 16 corridor in northeast Nampa, according to Ebeling Communications, a public relations strategist for the commercial real estate industry…
