A new, high-end steakhouse is coming to Meridian.
According to permits filed with the City of Meridian, The Capital Grille is planning to open a location at The Village at Meridian.
The restaurant will take up a nearly 9,000 square-foot building located in The Village’s expansion area along Eagle Rd. BoiseDev reported on this expansion in January, but Centercal’s Hugh Crawford said at the time that he couldn’t comment on which restaurants were coming.
