The deadly accident happened just a few minutes after midnight at 12:12 on Saturday, February 21st, on Lewis Lane near S McDermott Road. There is an odd curve in the road in that area, following the canal bend that could have contributed to the accident.
Both occupants in the vehicle passed away, according to the ISP report:
- A black Jaguar F-Type, occupied by a 50-year-old male and a 66-year-old male, both from Nampa, Idaho, was eastbound on Lewis Lane near S. McDermott Road when the driver failed to negotiate a curve in the road.
- The vehicle went off the roadway, where it hit a canal bank before colliding with a tree and into a shed.
The accident blocked the road for about 3 and a half hours…
