The West Ada School District, along with Superintendent Derek Bub and Principal Monty Hyde, asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit brought against it by a former West Ada teacher who clashed with the district over signs, including one that read “Everyone is Welcome Here,” in her classroom.
