Meridian police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run after someone on a scooter was struck by multiple vehicles.
Emergency units responded at 11 p.m. Saturday to a scene following reports that a male was hit while riding an electric scooter on West Ustick Road near Settler’s Park, according to a Sunday morning news release from Meridian Police Department.
“Multiple citizens, including some witnesses, stopped to render aid,” police said. “Tragically, after life-saving measures were performed, the male was pronounced deceased.”…
