MERIDIAN, Idaho — The Meridian Police Department (MPD) is seeking details on a scooter versus vehicle collision off Ustick Road on Saturday that left one man dead.
Police say emergency services were called around 11 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28, to reports of a vehicle crash involving a man riding an electric scooter. The scooter operator was near Settler’s Park when the incident took place. According to police, life-saving measures were performed not only by bystanders but also by Ada County Paramedics, but they were unsuccessful.
Through investigative work, police determined that two vehicles at the scene struck the male or the scooter, but another vehicle may have been involved and fled the scene…
