A downtown Boise restaurant that overhauled its brand is now pulling the plug.
Calle 75 Taco Shop, 110 N. 11th St., will close after lunch service Friday, March 13. Its husband-and-wife owners plan to focus on Calle 75 Tacos’ catering and food truck events.
“Since 2008, this business was built on asphalt, in parking lots, farmers markets, concerts, weddings, private events and catering gigs,” Calle 75 wrote in a social media announcement. “Street energy. That’s our DNA.”…
