BOISE — Gas prices in Idaho have been increasing lately, adding to the cost of daily commutes and travel for drivers across the Gem State.
According to the latest AAA fuel price data, the average price for a gallon of regular gasoline in Idaho reached $3.23 as of March 8, 2026, up sharply from just $2.97 a week earlier and about $2.898 a month ago. This increase of more than 25 cents over the past week reflects a broader trend of rising pump prices both locally and nationally.
