BOISE, Idaho — Ten Mile in Meridian may receive a new In-N-Out Burger, adding a potential location for fans of the California-based chain in the Treasure Valley.
The burger restaurant is planned as part of a major new development across from Scheels and the Ten Mile Crossing Business Park in Meridian, according to Ahlquist Development who announced it in a social media post. The District at Ten Mile is expected to include about 650,000 square feet of retail and office space, with In-N-Out, Target, and Life Time Fitness among the first named tenants.
In October 2025, the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission rejected Meridian’s proposal for a second In-N-Out Burger. The city council further setback the chain last month by rejecting their permit request with a 5-1 vote.
