A new pickle bar and BBQ restaurant is opening in Nampa this spring with the slogan: “All you need is smoke, pickles, and prayer.”
The Smoky Pickle BBQ will be opening just off 13th Avenue in downtown Nampa. The owners have also owned and operated the Tower Grill in Nampa for the last 9 years.
“We love this community. We live here, play sports, go to church, etc,” owner Nate Lindskoog said. “We also love good bbq and feel like the population in Canyon County can certainly handle another good BBQ place.”…
