BOISE, Idaho — A Nampa-area fraud arrest has led to additional felony charges in Boise and Ada County, and investigators believe there may be more victims.
Jiaxing Guan, 32, of Houston, Texas, was arrested Thursday by the Boise Police Department’s Organized Retail Crime (ORC) Unit following an investigation into stolen credit cards and fraudulent purchases across the Treasure Valley.
Guan faces multiple charges, including two counts of felony grand theft and two counts of felony burglary. He is also wanted on additional felony warrants from the Ada County Sheriff’s Office, including one count of grand theft and three counts of burglary…
