Accused road rage shooter now faces first degree murder charge, hearing Wednesday

MERIDIAN, Idaho (CBS2) — On March 25, Jacob Streat will appear in Ada County Court for a motion hearing, two days after prosecutors upgraded the second- degree murder charge to first-degree murder on March 23. His preliminary hearing is set for April 13.
