Unsettled weather returns as Wednesday-Thursday storm brings rain, snow

BOISE,ID (CBS2) — We got our share of rain and wind across portions of the Treasure Valley Tuesday night, and more is on the way. The next system fully moves in Wednesday afternoon and sticks around overnight. Expect rain across the area with snow forming in higher elevations. The mountains will see snow fall, with amounts ranging from a trace to several inches in some areas. As that clears out Thursday night, it sets us up for a mild, sunny day on Friday. From there, we will continue to warm up every day into the middle of next week.
