CALDWELL, Idaho (CBS2) — Caldwell Mayor Eric Phillips released a statement regarding the railroad quiet zone project.
According to Phillips, he removed the railroad quiet zone project from the consent agenda to review its costs, scope and safety measures, citing concerns about the lack of pedestrian protections. The City Council voted 5-1 to advance the project.
