BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — The Boise School District is providing additional details related to a school bus driver who has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of child sexual abuse.
According to a letter from the district, the Ada County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Kayden Peterson, a bus driver employed by Durham School Services, the district’s contracted transportation provider.
Authorities say Peterson faces charges including sexual battery of a minor aged 16 or 17, Sexual abuse of a child under 16, and two counts of lewd conduct with a minor under 16.
