Father accused in Nampa newborn’s death to plead guilty

NAMPA Idaho (CBS2) — Canyon County Courthouse records now show Brian Lemke, accused in the death of his newborn son, will change his plea on Thursday to ‘guilty’.

Court records do not show if he is accepting a plea deal or choosing to avoid his trial scheduled for May 11.

His partner, Allysen Armenta, will also enter her plea at the same time. The judge granted her a delay, then, days later, approved a request to speed up her date. Her case lagged behind Lemke’s because she went through court-ordered competency tests, which found her competent…
