BOISE – The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is seeking comment on that the draft fiscal year 2027 State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan (IUP).
The State Revolving Fund Clean Water and Drinking Water IUP guides how DEQ prioritizes and awards funding for water infrastructure investments. It includes the priority lists for loans, emerging contaminants, and lead service line inventory projects in addition to Drinking Water and Wastewater Planning Grant Priority Lists.
