BOISE, Idaho — Two Nampa parents charged in connection with the death of their 12-day-old baby are scheduled to appear in court Thursday, with the father expected to enter a change of plea and the mother set to enter her plea.
31-year-old Brian Allen Lemke and the mother, 28-year-old Allysen Raider Armenta, are facing felony charges after failing to report the death of their 12-day-old baby. Both are charged with felony injury to a child, hiding evidence, failing to report or delaying reporting a death and misdemeanor resisting and obstruction.
