A new rooftop restaurant is opening in Downtown Boise — and bringing views as a side.
The Boise Post opened this week on the 16th floor of the AC Hotel Boise Downtown and Element by Marriott Downtown, Boise’s first dual-branded hotel. The new hotel is Boise’s largest, with 296 rooms and suites between the two brands.
Pennbridge Hospitality co-founder and co-owner Jared Smith said The Boise Post is the “crown jewel” of the hotel, with an expansive view of Downtown Boise and the Boise foothills.
“Having such a high-scale hotel, we really want to put the cherry on top,” Smith said. “That’s what (The Boise Post) is, right? It’s an opportunity. It’s a gathering location.”
