Boise man arrested on rape and kidnapping charges; police seeking more victims

BOISE, Idaho — Boise Police are searching for more potential victims after an investigation into rape and kidnapping allegations led to the arrest of a 32-year-old man in early April.

Devin Watton was arrested on April 10 by the Boise Police Department (BPD) after an investigation by its special victims unit, authorities said Wednesday. Police said Watton was taken into custody and is currently booked into the Ada County Jail.

Watton was arraigned on April 13, according to online court records, and faces felony charges of rape and kidnapping. He was in court on May 20 for a preliminary hearing and is next due in court on May 26…
