New Grove Street Pathway gives east Boise a car-free, ADA link to downtown

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — The City of Boise and CCDC leaders are celebrating the Grove Street Pathway, the newest connection between east Boise neighborhoods and downtown. The ribbon cutting will be held at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, May 28.

The ceremony will be held at the parking lot located just off 3rd and Grove Streets, where the pathway follows the Boise City Canal.

Following the ribbon-cutting and brief remarks by Boise Mayor Lauren McLean, Councilmember Jimmy Hallyburton and CCDC’s project manager, Megan Pape, attendees are invited to walk, roll and explore this new downtown pathway that links Broadway and Warm Springs Avenue directly to downtown…
