DIGHTON, Mass. (WJAR) — The Dighton Police Department and Massachusetts State Police said a Brockton man was facing numerous charges after allegedly leading a police chase on May 27.
Leandro Silva Cardoso was charged with assault and battery on a police officer, assault with a dangerous weapon (motor vehicle), assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, operating with a suspended license, failure to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.
