MONTVILLE, Conn. (WFSB) – A Massachusetts woman was arrested after state police said she was driving at speeds of up to 120 mph on Interstate 395 in Montville on Sunday.
A troopers was heading northbound on I-395 when he saw a Tesla passing on the right while traveling at a high rate of speed, according to a state police.
