ICE Boston Arrests Ecuadorian with 20 Arraignments for DUI, Negligent Operation, Resisting Arrest

Boston-area officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO Boston) arrested Gonzalo Roberto Yasaca Arellano, a national of Ecuador, during targeted enforcement operations in Brockton, Massachusetts.

According to details released by ERO Boston, Yasaca Arellano has a documented criminal history in the United States that includes 20 adult arraignments. The charges encompass operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, three counts of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, and ten counts of operating a motor vehicle while his license was suspended.
