LEBANON, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A Massachusetts woman is dead after hitting a horse with her car in the town of Lebanon.
On July 22, at around 9:21 p.m., state troopers came out to Lebanon Road, near Bonny Road, following reports of a car crash involving a horse, according to a statement from New York State Police.
