Driver in Deadly Hingham Apple Store Crash Loses Bail Again After Prosecutors Say Alcohol-Monitoring Bracelet Violation Triggered New Probation Trouble

HINGHAM, MA — The driver accused in the deadly 2022 crash at the Apple Store in Hingham had his bail revoked again, prosecutors said Monday.

Plymouth County prosecutors said Bradley Rein violated probation terms tied to an alcohol-monitoring bracelet he is required to wear because he is not supposed to be drinking.

The Charges

Rein faces charges that include second-degree murder and motor vehicle homicide by reckless operation in the Nov. 21, 2022, crash.

The collision killed 65-year-old Kevin Bradley of Wayne, New Jersey, and injured 22 other people.
