BOSTON (WPRI) — The Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and six other shelters will be waiving adoption fees for certain dogs this upcoming weekend.
The adoptathon — called “Clear the Shelters” — kicks off Friday to dogs ages one and older.
