A 22-year-old man was arrested in downtown Boston Friday night, days after police say he knocked over an officer while weaving through a crowd of pedestrians.
Angel Gonzalez, of Dorchester, was arrested on a warrant charging him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, leaving the scene of a crash causing personal injury and failure to stop for police. He’s expected to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court on Monday.
