A Lynn man is facing a murder charge in connection with a Fitchburg man’s killing in Lynn earlier this month, the Essex County District Attorney’s Office announced Monday.
Cody Smith, 31, pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in the death of 52-year-old Rafael Gonzalez Cruz during his arraignment Monday in Lynn District Court, according to court records.
