Federal agents were in Norwood, Massachusetts, Thursday morning, where they located and arrested a person after a crash and brief pursuit.
Norwood police, alerting the public of law enforcement activity in town, announced they were notified shortly before 7 a.m. of the crash on Tremont Street and arrived on scene where they spoke with Department of Homeland Security officers, who told them they were in the area to find Cleiton Toledo de Souza, who is reportedly wanted in Brazil in connection with a murder.
DHS officers told Norwood police they attempted to take Souza into custody when they spotted him getting into a vehicle on Tremont Street but he allegedly drove off and struck two parked vehicles…
