TEWKSBURY, MA — A Texas couple is facing multiple firearms charges after Tewksbury police say a hotel-room call led officers to a stockpile of weapons, ammunition and explosive devices. Francho Bradley and Adrianne Jennings, both of Frisco, Texas, were arrested after police say they found high-powered guns in their hotel room and later in their vehicle.
The case began Saturday when Bradley allegedly called police and said someone was trying to break into the room. Investigators then searched the room and, after what police found there, obtained a warrant for the couple’s car.
Police say the hotel room held high-powered weapons
Tewksbury police said the hotel room contained a bump stock, a silencer and several long guns wrapped in a flight suit. The weapons cache, according to police, was enough to prompt a deeper search of the couple’s belongings.
Officers then focused on the vehicle tied to Bradley and Jennings. Police said they needed a warrant before searching it, and that decision led to a second round of discoveries that expanded the case beyond the room itself.
