A rear-end crash on Worcester Road in Framingham sent four people to hospitals Sunday night, including one victim airlifted by medical helicopter to a Boston trauma center. Framingham Police say the two-car collision happened around 8:25 p.m. in the area of 1063 Worcester Road.
One person was flown by medical helicopter to Boston Medical Center, according to police, as reported by NBC Boston.
The three other injured people were taken by ambulance to MetroWest Medical Center. As of the latest reporting, there has been no update on the conditions of any of the four people hurt in the crash.
