A high-ranking member of the Trinitarios gang in Massachusetts has pleaded guilty to federal charges after admitting involvement in two homicides and two attempted murders, along with a leadership role in the violent organization and a related drug conspiracy.
Ery Jordani Rosario, 34, also known as “Racacha,” entered the guilty plea on September 10, 2026, before U.S. Senior District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton in Boston federal court. Sentencing is scheduled for December 10. The charges carry a potential maximum sentence of life in prison.
Rosario pleaded guilty to conspiracy to conduct the affairs of a criminal enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity, commonly known as RICO conspiracy, and conspiracy to distribute controlled substances. Prosecutors said the admitted conduct includes his participation in two murders and two attempted murders.
