A vehicle struck two people on Mt. Auburn Street Wednesday evening, and two people were transported to hospital by the Watertown Fire Department. Witnesses reported that one of the people was a pregnant woman.
The people were struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Mt. Auburn and Cottage streets. The Fire Department came in at 7:20 p.m., said Watertown Fire Chief Ryan Nicholson.
“While responding we were informed that there were potentially two pedestrians struck. This was confirmed upon arrival,” Nicholson said. “The two patients were transported by Medic 1 to the Beth Israel Hospital, Boston. They were in stable condition.”…
