Michael Dell Puts Boston Penthouse Up for Auction

A Boston penthouse owned by billionaire computer tycoon Michael Dell is headed to auction, Mansion Global has learned.

Dell, who has a net worth of $272.9 billion, according to Forbes, is chairman and CEO of Dell Technologies. He bought the Beantown trophy home at the city’s 60-story Millennium Tower in 2016 for $10.9 million using an LLC, records with PropertyShark show.

He first attempted to part with the penthouse, which towers over the city’s Midtown neighborhood, in 2024, listing it for the same price he paid, according to The Wall Street Journal.
