BOSTON (WBSM) — A Brockton man has pleaded guilty to federal drug charges for selling crack cocaine in Fall River and other crimes.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced that Antonio Dossantos-Tirado, 36, pleaded guilty on September 22 in federal court in Boston to one count of distribution of 28 grams or more of cocaine base, and one count of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.
Details of the Fall River Drug Transactions
On May 29, 2025, Dossantos-Tirado sold 55 grams of crack in the Sunset Hill housing development in Fall River. On June 10, he set up a deal for the sale of cocaine, fentanyl, and a firearm between a relative and a cooperating witness.
Dossantos-Tirado was arrested and charged in October 2025.
Potential Prison Sentences and Federal Fines
Distribution of 28 grams or more of cocaine base carries a sentence of no less than five years and up to 40 years in prison, no less than four years and up to a lifetime of supervision, and a fine of up to $5 million.
