A Boston man is facing charges after kidnapping a Rhode Island resident at gunpoint and driving the victim across state lines, federal prosecutors announced Monday.
Dominic Hampton-Boyd, 31, of Roxbury, has been charged with kidnapping and being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, according to the Massachusetts U.S. Attorney’s Office.
