Looks like the crew is putting the band back together for a day of “No Kings: Vote Early” rallies across the country, including here in Massachusetts. This time, however, fewer local events are on the docket than we’ve seen before. What gives?
It’s been since March 28, 2026, that the Massachusetts No Kingers packed Boston, rocked Dartmouth‘s Route 6 and Faunce Corner Road intersection, Main Street in Westport, and New Bedford‘s Route 18 overpass with their cowbells, crazy costumes, and litany of grievances.
While the disgruntled bunch plans to return on October 17, 2026, to remind us to vote early in the upcoming statewide elections, protesters hyping causes from trans rights to Social Security cutbacks will be significantly fewer in number than on March 28, whendozens of rally locations were active in Massachusetts.
