The beloved Tartan Army returns to Boston today for “Scot-tober Fest.”
The Anthem Group and the Northeast Tartan Army will host the three-day gathering starting Friday at The Anchor — the Charlestown lounge that served as the official Scotland House during the World Cup over the summer.
