West Bridgewater man sentenced to more than 6 years for drug and firearm charges

WEST BRIDGEWATER, Mass. (WWLP) – A West Bridgewater man was sentenced to more than six years in federal prison for drug conspiracy and firearm charges following a series of arrests targeting gangs in the Brockton and Randolph areas.

Suspects arrested in connection with 14 armed robberies in Springfield

Federal prosecutors say Lue Andrade, 31, was sentenced to 80 months in prison and will also serve three years of supervised release.

Andrade pleaded guilty in July 2026 to one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances and four counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Federal complaints were unsealed in February 2026 against seven defendants charged with drug and firearm crimes.
