READING, Mass. — Eighty-four cats were surrendered to MSPCA-Angell last week after a woman was found dead in her Reading home, the organization said.
Members of the organization’s law enforcement and community outreach teams helped remove the cats from the home. They were transported to adoption centers in Boston and Methuen, where they are receiving care.
