Documents reveal postal burglars threatened to kill carrier during armed robbery

LEWISTON, Maine – Two men are facing federal and state charges in connection with burglaries at two post offices and the robberies of two mail carriers. A spokesperson for the U.S. Postal Inspection Service in Boston says the first incident was reported Jan. 14, when postal inspectors learned a post office in Paris, Maine, had been burglarized.
