SHERBORN, Mass. – A person is dead after the car they were driving crashed into a tree along a road in Sherborn, according to police in the Massachusetts town. Sherborn police said the crash happened shortly after 9:20 p.m. Friday along Western Avenue, as a 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit that was traveling into Sherborn from Framingham at a high rate of speed began sliding and collided with a tree.
