Suspended-License Driver Faces Charges in Early-Morning MBTA Bus Collision in Everett

Chaos ensued in the early hours of Monday when a 26-year-old male driver collided head-on with an MBTA bus in Everett. According to a tweet by the MBTA Transit Police, the incident occurred around 1 AM at the intersection of Ferry and Bolster. Reportedly, the individual, driving a 2016 Volkswagen with a suspended license and no insurance, was speeding before he lost control and smashed into parked cars. MBTA Transit Police stated that the driver, after the initial collisions, continued to spiral out of control and struck the bus head-on.
