The City of Boston Animal Care and Control has introduced Sydney, “the cutest little pug you’ve ever met” who is in need of a forever home. Sydney was found as a stray and unfortunately, her owner never came forward to claim her. Despite her past, Sydney has a playful personality, explains the City of Boston Animal Care and Control. “Sydney is a little clown, making all the staff laugh with her silly antics. She loves to play with little plush toys and will make the cutest little squeaks and grumbles.”
Sydney does have some health conditions that require ongoing care. She has been diagnosed with dry eye and an ear infection. “Sydney came to us with an ear infection and was also diagnosed with dry eye. Her next adopter will need to have an established relationship with their vet, as Sydney will be on medication for the rest of her life. Sydney’s dry eye has affected her sight, and her ear infection has affected her hearing. While she is not completely blind or deaf, her new owner will need to keep her environment safe so she doesn’t get injured or into trouble.”
