Two of the men were arrested shortly after the shooting, police said.
Four men were charged last Friday in connection with a shooting last August on the outskirts of a Boston Caribbean festival parade that injured eight people, officials said.
Hubman Hunter, 31, Gerald Vick, 30, Sebastian Monteiro, 21, and Dwayne Francis, 30 were all charged with multiple counts relating to the Aug. 26 shooting, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office said.
Officers arrested Vick and Francis shortly after the shooting when they were found carrying pistols with illegal enhancements, police said last year.
Six men and two women suffered non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the shooting, which was unrelated to the festival, according to officials.
Officers arrested multiple people on the day of the incident. Preliminary investigation indicated that the shooting was related to two groups that were having an altercation, police said last year.
Hunter and Vick were charged Jan. 26 with eight counts of assault and battery with a firearm, illegal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of ammunition, carrying a loaded firearm, and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony.
