FRAMINGHAM, Mass. – Three teenagers are in custody for break-ins that happened at vape/smoke shops in a Massachusetts community. Framingham police announced Tuesday that two female juveniles and a male juvenile, all from Boston, have been charged in connection with two breaking-and-entering incidents that happened at two vape/smoke shops in the city in December 2023.
